CareGuard℠ is a computer monitoring and health alerts application provided by CareTech, your local Edmonds experts in information technology (IT) and computer repair. The basic monitoring software is available for free download, but for $99.99/device per year you can get hands-on monitoring and maintenance from our amazing techs whenever a problem is detected.
Once installed, CareGuard℠ quickly detects and notifies you about critical issues on your computer before they become a bigger problem. With our free CareGuard℠ Alerts Package, if your computer experiences a problem, a small notification will appear with a contact form for tech support in our Edmonds office. If you’re on the Monitoring or Protection Package, our techs will receive the notification and attempt to resolve it for you. By utilizing CareGuard℠ you’ll benefit by receiving faster repairs, quick access to support, and a higher quality of service overall.
