Charlie's PC Repair is Now CareTech, LLC

Hello friends! Wow, it has been an incredible journey so far, from an on-the-side hobby start-up focusing on repairs to a full-time shop offering a wide range of technology services. Of course, there have been challenges but we've dealt with all of them head-on and used them as opportunities to learn and grow and we have each one of you to thank for your support and faith in us every step of the way.

With our rapidly expanding capabilities and range of services that now encompass so much more than just repair, it became clear that we need a name to reflect that expansion and at the same time our deep, and continu commitment to caring for our clients and neighbors and their technology needs. That union of caring and technology is: CareTech, LLC.

With this name change, there will be a re-branding of our services to match a unified theme around caring and technology. This process is ongoing but this is what we have so far:

InstantCare -- Our remote desktop and phone technical support services allowing for clients to request support online and be instantly connected with a tech to help them with whatever they need.

DataCare -- Enterprise-grade, automatic, managed, cloud backup.

CarePlan -- Comprehensive technical support and preventative annual maintenance membership plans with options for home users, professionals, and enterprises.

While we look back at the journey so far, we're so excited to see what challenges we can rise to tomorrow and the next days/weeks/months/years. Let's do it!
