Sound IT is Open for Business!

As of May 26th, with the governor’s phased re-opening, we’re able to offer local small businesses and residents the same great computer repair and Managed IT services as before Covid-19 disrupted our lives and work.

We take health and safety very seriously. Not only the health and safety of our clients' technology systems, but also the medical health and safety of our staff, clients, and our community as a whole. Here are the procedures we have put in place to keep our community safe:

  1. If you would like to drop off a computer at our Edmonds office, please call us first. We will handle the paperwork and credits purchase with you electronically and set up an appointment.
  2. Try your best to clean the computer and accessories with a disinfectant before you bring the computer to us.
  3. Please leave the computer and any required accessories on the bench in the hallway outside our office door with your name and contact information, especially your phone number.
  4. We will immediately take the computer into the office for diagnosis.
  5. We will be wearing surgical gloves and a face mask when we take the computer onto our office.
  6. We will clean and disinfect the computer again in our office before we begin our work on it.
  7. We will investigate your issue and reach out with any questions or updates.
  8. After we’ve completed the work, we will contact you to review your repair and schedule a pickup time.
  9. When you arrive, please contact us with your cell phone and wait in the hallway.
  10. Please remember to keep back from the office door at least 6-feet.
  11. Wait for us to place your clean and repaired computer back on the bench in the hallway outside our office door for pickup.
  12. You will complete the check-out paperwork and sign the system out.
  13. Have a safe trip back to your home or office!
