We will scour any running programs running in the background of your computer for suspicious processes. If we find one we can usually get rid of it on the spot.

Temporary File Cleanup

Just by using your computer day-to-day, temporary files can build up and take up hard drive space. We will clean up the directories where these files hide out.

Windows Updates

One of the most important parts of a secure computer is keeping up with Windows Updates. We'll make sure you're updated. This also means you're less likely to have to deal with Windows trying to reboot itself to install updates while you're working.

Hard Drive Diagnostics

All of your data is stored on the computer's hard drive, which is problematic since the hard drive is the most likely component to fail (especially with age). As part of our vision of protecting your data, we will check your computer's hard disk for errors and, if possible, fix the errors right then and there. If the errors can't be fixed, it can be a sign of your hard disk failing. With this early warning you can take steps to protect your data and bring it in so we can replace the failing drive before it becomes a catastrophe.

Defragment File System

Defragmenting is the process of automatically organizing the data blocks on the hard drive so that the computer can access the data it needs more efficiently. The result is increased performance all-around.
