Company Health and Safety Update

We take health and safety very seriously. Not only the health and safety of our clients' technology systems, but also the medical health and safety of our staff, clients, and our community as a whole. Based on information from both state and federal health officials, and out of an abundance of caution, we have suspended in-person office visits at our office for the time being. During this time, we are conducting all business as normal by phone or email. A large amount of our day-to-day support is already handled by phone and remote desktop so we feel that while this decision may be inconvenient for a small amount of people, the health benefits to our staff, families and community could be significant. In-Shop Diagnostics/Service
Full-Service In-Shop Diagnostics/Repair

In-shop repair is billed at $200 per hour with a 30 minute minimum pre-payment for all received repairs.

On-Site Service
Fast, Friendly, On-Site Service

Yes, we make house calls. All you have to do is choose an available time and date, and give us an idea of what you would like us to assist with and we'll show up at your place ready to help. On-site is great for training and essential for setting up home-based technologies and equipment like wireless networks or printers.

Phone/Remote-Desktop Support
World-Class Phone Support

Phone support and/or remote access to your machine. Perfect for driver installation, system clean-up, Windows configuration, training etc... anything that doesn't require physical access to the computer. Additional time is billed by the half-hour at the same rate.
